SensorSuite Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to herein as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “SensorSuite”) recognize and respect the importance of protecting your privacy. As such, we have adopted the principles outlined in this Privacy Policy Statement to govern the use and disclosure of your personal information. Although it is impossible to guarantee that the information is or will be completely safe from unauthorized access or use, the following Policy is intended to inform you of the steps we take to protect the information you choose to provide to us. Scope
This Policy applies to all of the services offered by SensorSuite and all of SensorSuite's websites and to all personal information that we directly collect or receive from you, whether manually or electronically. It does not apply to information our customers or our suppliers collect or receive from you. Please refer to the privacy notices of our customers for further information.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
“Personal Information” is any information that can be used to identify you, such as, but not limited to, name, e-mail address, postal address, credit or debit card number, title, occupation, and other information required to deliver a product, provide a service, or carry out a transaction.
We may collect or use your Personal Information to include, but not limited to:
- To process and ship your orders and deliver the products and services that you have ordered.
- To provide you with support and assistance.
- To send you invoices for products and service you have purchased from us.

Collection and Use of Non-personal Information
SensorSuite may collect non-personal data on an aggregated basis through cookies, web logs, web beacons, or other tools. This information is used to improve the usability, performance, and effectiveness of this site. Please read the “Cookies” section below for more information.
In addition, by using some of our products or services, information may be transmitted back to us. This information is transmitted back to us so that, for example, we can determine how users are interacting with our products and services and to assist us in improving our products and services.
What Information Do We Collect?
Information That You Give Us: We collect Personal Data such as your name, date of birth, e-mail or mailing address from you when you voluntarily choose to register for or use certain SensorSuite at this Site. We use the Personal Data that we collect in an effort to provide you with a superior customer experience on the Site and to improve and market SensorSuite. SensorSuite may store such Personal Data itself or it may be stored in databases owned and maintained by SensorSuite's affiliates, agents or service providers. SensorSuite retains its rights to these databases and the information contained in them.
If you register with SensorSuite or use certain other of the personalized options we offer, we will create a profile that includes your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and other information that you provide that is pertinent to your specific situation. We may combine such information with data gathered from other sources. For instance, if incorrect postal codes are received, we may use third party software to correct them. We also may collect e-mail or other addresses from prospect lists of other companies, for example, in connection with a joint marketing effort. In some instances we contract with outside parties to collect and maintain our information collection servers and to perform technology and related services. Personally Non-Identifiable Information
Passively Collected User Data: When you interact with SensorSuite through this Site, we receive and store certain “User Data”. Such User Data, which is collected passively using various technologies, is not used to specifically identify you. SensorSuite may store such User Data itself or it may be stored in databases owned and maintained by SensorSuite's affiliates, agents or service providers. SensorSuite retains all rights to these databases and the information contained in them.
This Site will use such User Data together with data provided by other parties and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, the keywords visitors used to find our Site and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. We also may disclose User Data in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
Aggregated Data
In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve our users, SensorSuite often conducts research on Aggregated Data. SensorSuite may share this Aggregated Data with government agencies, its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregated information does not identify you personally. SensorSuite also may disclose Aggregated Data in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

SensorSuite does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.
We may disclose or share your Personal Information under certain circumstances. For example, we may share your Personal Information within SensorSuite and among our affiliates and subsidiaries for purposes of data processing, storage, or delivery of products and services to you.
We may also share your Personal Information with business partners, service vendors, authorized third-party agents or contractors in order to provide a requested service or transaction, including processing orders, processing credit card transactions, hosting websites and applications, and providing customer support.
We may share your Personal Information to the extent required by law or to respond to judicial process or a good faith belief that such action is necessary under law or to comply with legal process served on us.
We may collect and possibly share Personal Information and any other additional information available to us in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of SensorSuite's Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
Cookies
SensorSuite uses technologies, such as cookies, which allow us to make your visit to our site easier, more efficient and more valuable by providing you with a customized experience and recognizing you when you return. A cookie cannot read personal data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites; the only Personal Information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. Accepting the cookies used on our site may give us access to information about your browsing behavior, which we may use to personalize your experience and track user traffic patterns, and to merge this info when you register. We do this in order to determine the usefulness of our site information to our users and to see how effective our navigational structure is in helping users reach that information. If you participate in a SensorSuite discussion forum, you should be aware that the information you provide there will be made broadly available to others, potentially inside or outside SensorSuite, who have access to that discussion forum or chat room. Also, please recognize that individual forums may have additional rules and conditions. For example, SensorSuite's Blogging Policy applies you participate in a discussion forum hosted by SensorSuite. Each participant's opinion as expressed in a forum hosted by SensorSuite is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of SensorSuite.

SensorSuite reviews its compliance with this policy periodically. We may amend the privacy policy from time to time, and at any time. Your continued use of this site after any changes confirms your assent to those changes.
